Following a jury trial, a verdict in plaintiff's favor in the amount of $3,000,000 was entered jointly against defendant cross-defendant appellant, W.J.C. Kaufmann Construction Co. (Kaufmann) and defendant cross-plaintiff appellee Markward & Karafilis, Inc. (Markward). The jury awarded total indemnity in favor of Markward. Kaufmann now appeals as of right from the trial court's order denying its motion...
