PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with maintaining a gambling house for gain, MCL 750.303; MSA 28.535, and subsequently pled guilty to attempted maintaining a gambling house for gain, MCL 750.92, 750.303; MSA 28.287, 28.535. He was sentenced to serve eight months in the Kent County Jail, with credit for time served, and to pay $1,000 in fines and costs, or to serve an additional four months in jail.
