The plaintiffs, alleging that they would not have purchased their unimproved lot in a certain subdivision absent a representation by the defendants1 that single family houses would be built on lots surrounding their land, sought to set aside the conveyance of that land to them. The trial court rendered judgment for the plaintiffs, ordering that they reconvey the real estate to the defendant T.J.E., Inc., and that the defendants...
