BEASLEY, J.

Defendant, Delaphine Ann Alvarado, was convicted by a jury of embezzlement of over $100, contrary to MCL 750.174; MSA 28.371. Defendant was sentenced to five years probation, with the first year to be served in the county jail. Her probation was conditioned upon payment of $72,500 as restitution to her employer at the rate of $1,547 per month. Defendant appeals as of right.
