Defendant, Jaime Hernandez Aguilera, was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)) as a result of a plea of nolo contendere and an admission to an allegation of intent to inflict great bodily injury pursuant to Penal Code section 12022.7.
