The appellant was convicted of the murder of James Eddy Glanton. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals. We affirm.

The evidence showed that at approximately 5:00 p. m. on November 22, 1982, the victim was walking down Branham Avenue in Rome, Georgia.
