Plaintiffs appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their action on the basis of lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter.

Plaintiffs were employed by Dytronics Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Dytronics"), in the industrial products line. Dytronics adopted a profit sharing plan for its employees in 1969. Plaintiffs were participants in this plan. In 1978, this plan was amended in order to meet the requirements of the Employee Retirement Income...
