Ronald Johnson was arrested and jailed on July 5, 1982. Indictments by the grand jury for aggravated robbery (R.C. 2911.01), carrying a concealed weapon (R.C. 2923.12) and having a weapon while under disability (R.C. 2923.13) were handed down on August 5, 1982.
