Cumming, M.D., on November 18, 1983, thus disposing of a medical malpractice and wrongful death action brought by Rina A. Brosse, widow of Richard Brosse. Mrs. Brosse, who is the administratrix of her husband's estate, presents a timely appeal raising three assignments of error.1
