PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with assault with intent to commit murder, MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278. Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of the lesser offense of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, MCL 750.84; MSA 28.279. He was sentenced to a term of from 6 to 10 years in prison and appeals as of right. Several issues are raised on appeal, none of which require reversal.
