BIRDSALL, Chief Judge.

Appellant was convicted after a jury trial of two charges of second-degree burglary. The court sentenced appellant to two concurrent terms of 7.5 years in prison.

Appellant first complains that he was denied his right to be present at the voluntariness hearing. The record shows that his attorney waived appellant's right to be present. Although he was not present on the first day of the hearing, he was present on the second...
