On January 27, 1979, appellee Jerry Jones sustained personal injuries in connection with the use of a side-loading refuse compaction machine manufactured by the appellant Pak-Mor Manufacturing Company. Appellees' initial complaint alleged various claims of negligence against Mr. Jones' employer, SCA Services of Arizona, Inc., and against a fellow employee and co-worker.
