Defendant-appellant Raynaldo Ahedo ("defendant") appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated robbery (R.C. 2911.01) and rape (R.C. 2907.02) in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas case No. 39755.1

For the reasons adduced below, the judgmenet of conviction is affirmed and the case is remanded for re-sentencing.
