Appellants are property owners in the vicinity of the proposed Park 12-01 condominium project. They appeal the Superior Court's order dismissing their writ of certiorari, alleging that the Superior Court for King County applied the incorrect statute of limitations (14 days) to a review of the Seattle City Council's decision to uphold the issuance of a use permit. We affirm.
