Freeland, brings this appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court finding in favor of the plaintiff, BancOhio National Bank, in the amount of $2,108.72 with interest. In consideration of its precedential value and the unique issues involved, this appeal is assigned sua sponte to the regular calendar pursuant to App. R. 11.1 and Local R. 4.
