This is an appeal by defendant, Jackie Hagwood, from a conviction in the Franklin County Municipal Court for the offense of criminal trespass, in violation of Columbus City Code Section 2305.04 which provides in part:

"(A) No person, without privilege to do so, shall do any of the following:

"(1) Knowingly enter or remain on the land or premises of another;"
