On January 11, 1984, the debtors, Kenneth C. and Lydia S. Moyer, filed a motion pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 522(f)(2) to avoid a nonpossessory, nonpurchase-money security interest in the debtors' household goods. The lienholder, Fleet Finance, Inc.
