This cause came on to be heard upon appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Brown County, Ohio.

On March 22, 1977, appellant, Ross Herbolt, ordered a combine from appellee, Hillsboro Farmers Exchange (hereinafter "Hillsboro"), which was manufactured by appellee, Allis-Chalmers Corporation (hereinafter "Allis-Chalmers"). The various blanks on the order form were filled in by him and the form was signed by both Herbolt and a sales representative...
