PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Richard John Holleman, was convicted by a jury of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. He was sentenced to serve not less than 10 nor more than 15 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right, raising four issues.
