The defendant, Jerome John Noleen, Sr., was found guilty by a jury of first degree murder with a deadly weapon, A.R.S. §§ 13-1105, 13-1101, 13-703, and 13-604 and attempted first degree murder with a deadly weapon, A.R.S. §§ 13-1001, 13-1105, 13-1101, 13-701, 13-702, 13-801, and 13-604.
