This matter came before the Court upon the filing by Heritage Savings and Loan Association (the "Lender") of a motion for relief from the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362. For similar reasons, the Lender has objected to confirmation of the debtor's Chapter 13 plan.
