Michelle Gilbreath and her mother, Diana Hassl (Plaintiffs), petition this court for review. The court of appeals determined that the insurance policy issued by St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company (St. Paul), defendant below, to Paul and Helen Overdorff, d/b/a Young Years Child Care, provided no coverage for injuries sustained by either plaintiff.
