This is an appeal from a decision of the Court of International Trade holding that the imported merchandise, "center-cut" natural gas liquids (NGLs), was correctly classified under the Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS), item 430.00, which provides for "mixtures of two or more organic compounds" subject to an assessed duty rate of 5 percent ad valorem. 583 F.Supp. 581.
