This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York1 holding U.S. Patent No. 3,802,476 (`476 patent) entitled "Screw Anchor" to James E. Hoadley invalid for obviousness. We reverse the decision and remand the case to the trial court.
