The petitioner, Oscar Brown Boykins, was convicted of robbery in violation of Fla. Code Ann. § 812.13 and sentenced to life imprisonment. Boykins appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We find the petitioner's claim that he was denied effective assistance of counsel at his trial is without merit.
