Appellant, James Barham, appeals to this court for the fourth time alleging error in his conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 371 and § 471 for conspiracy to counterfeit and aiding and abetting counterfeiting. In Barham's first trial on these charges the jury deadlocked and a mistrial was declared.
