Appellants Craine and Brown appeal from the district court's judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee United States in an action brought pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b) (1976). Appellants contend that the district court erred in failing to find a duty to warn on the part of the Government and in failing to find the Government liable under Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 51-1-22 (1982).
