On this appeal from a grant of summary judgment dismissing its suit to set aside an arbitral award, the plaintiff re-asserts its challenge to the award. The plaintiff, Drummond Coal Co. (Drummond), contends that the award must be vacated because it did not draw its essence from the collective bargaining agreement and because it is contrary to law and to public policy.
