FOLEY, P.J.

Donald and Lenore Shebuski appeal the circuit court's dismissal of their complaint against the Lakeland State Bank. The Shebuskis contend that Lakeland violated sec. 138.053, Stats., by improperly increasing the interest rate on their home mortgage. Because Lakeland's short-term notes that periodically increased the Shebuskis' interest rate did not violate sec. 138.053, we affirm the judgment.
