Gathercole for its violation of his rights under § 4(a) of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 623(a), in that Global discharged him because of his age from his employment as an airline pilot on the airline-type passenger flights used by the U.S. Army's Ballistic Missile...
