On September 22, 1982, defendant was convicted after a jury trial of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. He was acquitted on four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2).1 He was subsequently sentenced to from 10 to 15 years imprisonment for breaking and entering concurrent with two concurrent...
