This is an appeal in an action alleging employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, and 1985(c) [42 U.S.C.A. § 1985(3)].
