Miguel Padilla was convicted of importation and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 952(a) and § 841(a)(1). Customs inspectors discovered cocaine in Padilla's digestive tract with the aid of an x-ray examination. On appeal, Padilla challenges the district court's denial of a motion to suppress the cocaine detected on the ground that the x-ray search of his person violated his Fourth Amendment...
