Following a jury trial, a verdict was returned in favor of defendants, James R. Blanning, Jr., Park Tunnel Mining & Milling Company (Park Tunnel), and Aspen Western Corporation, against plaintiff, Maco Stewart, on his claim of fraud in the inducement of an agreement.
