Two issues raised by appellant Anthony Beck were consolidated with other appeals, and therefore are treated in the opinions for those appeals. Beck's grand jury foreperson discrimination challenge is addressed in our opinion in United States v. Sneed, 729 F.2d 1333, and his petit jury composition challenge is addressed in our opinion in United States v. Tuttle, 729 F.2d 1325
