The District Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District entered a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage on August 8, 1983. Respondent (Husband) filed a Notice of Appeal of the Decree on September 7, 1983. Thereafter husband was found in contempt, and on December 27, 1983 Husband filed an application for Writ of Review of the trial court's contempt order.
