Plaintiff-appellant Delia Maduka ("plaintiff") appeals the dismissal of her suit in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas against her former landlord, defendant-appellee Jacqueline Parries ("defendant"). The trial court determined that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction.
