Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's grant of defendants' motion for summary judgment. The appeal involves 1) whether New Mexico should recognize a common law theory of judicial review of staffing decisions made by the board of a private non-profit hospital, and 2) whether there are genuine issues of material fact that the hospital tortiously interfered with the plaintiff doctor's contractual relations with his patients.
