LAVENDER, Justice:

Patricia Babcock, now Booker, was covered as named insured by four separate insurance policies covering four vehicles. These policies had been issued by appellant Mid-Continent Casualty Company. Each of the four policies contained uninsured motorist coverage provisions covering the named insured and other persons occupying an insured vehicle.
