The Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. provided a "Comprehensive General Liability Insurance" policy to Endo Laboratories, Inc. and to E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company, Endo's parent corporation. The policy provided that Hartford would pay on behalf of Endo all amounts which it became legally obligated to pay because of bodily injury sustained by any "person" occurring during the policy period...
