John and Sonja Johnson (Johnsons) and Patricia Chong Lum (Lum), defendants-appellants (collectively Appellants), appeal from a judgment entered on April 8, 1983, in favor of Robert and Elizabeth DeMund (DeMunds), plaintiffs-appellees, enjoining Appellants from violating a restrictive covenant in the deeds to their properties.1 Johnsons also appeal from a subsequent order entered on November 23, 1983, holding them in contempt...
