RIORDAN, Justice.

Daniels Insurance Agency, Inc. (Daniels) brought suit in district court to vacate or modify an arbitration award rendered in favor of Larry R. Jordan (Jordan). The district court confirmed the arbitration award. Daniels appealed to this Court, and we reversed the district court's decision and remanded the case for further proceedings.
