K/O Ranch, Inc., John R. Olson, and Marilyn Olson appeal the District Court's1 dismissal with prejudice of their complaint for failure to state a claim. For reversal, the Olsons allege that their complaint stated violations of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.
