James Garfield Mathis appeals from two felony convictions of first degree burglary, I.C. § 18-1401, 1402, and alleges that the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing him to consecutive prison terms. Following the entry of guilty pleas, Mathis was sentenced to an indeterminate five-year prison term on the first burglary count and an indeterminate three-year prison term on the second count.
