Fidelity National Bank of Baton Rouge (plaintiff) recovered a judgment against the defendant herein, John L. Swindle, in the amount of $200,092.74, plus interest and attorney's fees in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. The judgment was enrolled in this district on January 13, 1983.

A writ of garnishment was issued to the wife of the debtor on January 27, 1983...
