Doyle J. Williams appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for a preliminary injunction. Williams, a death row inmate at the Missouri State Penitentiary, brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming that prison officials violated his constitutional guarantee of access to the courts by refusing to allow him personal access to the prison law library, and by restricting his access to his investigator.
