This case involves a dispute over the validity of a mineral deed. The owners of the subject property, Delbert Argyle and his late wife, Dora, issued the deed to R.W. and Ruth Slemaker, now deceased, who then transferred the mineral interest through a chain of successors to the Wiser Oil Company.
