Appellant was found guilty, after a jury trial, of first degree sexual assault. In appealing from the verdict and resulting judgment, he words the issues as follows:

"1. Whether the trial court erred in refusing to allow testimony of the victim's prior sexual and [sic] reputation. "2. Whether trial court erred in not granting a continuance of the trial. "3. Whether the trial court erred in not dismissing the case...
