SINGLETON, Judge.

Shawn Barry was found guilty of kidnapping, AS 11.41.300(a)(1)(C), and sexual assault in the first degree, AS 11.41.410(a)(1). Barry received concurrent terms of twenty years for kidnapping and twenty years with five years suspended for sexual assault. He appeals his conviction and sentence.
