This is an appeal from an award of damages in a suit brought by respondents Davises against appellants Gages for breach of a contract relating to the sale of commercial property and for intentional infliction of emotional distress. The district court awarded the Davises nominal damages plus punitive damages for breach of a contractual noncompetition clause and for mental anguish.
